If your property is registered with the Land Registry we can provide you with an Official Copy of the title to a property in most cases by return of email on the same day.
We will endeavour to provide you with a same day delivery service by email if it is possible.
We will advise you if it is not possible to supply you with the documents the same day.
We can also order the documents for delivery via the post should you wish.
Title Document – Official Copy of the title details held on the Registers of Title with the Land Registry.
Title Plan – Official Copy of plan of property as registered with the Land Registry - shows general position of boundaries
Deeds and other documents - referred to in the Title Document such as conveyances where the Land Registry hold them.
