Rights of Way and Rights of Access Search

All available title documents for 2 adjoining properties, including the TItle Registers, Title Plans and all Registered Old Deeds that have been copied into the register, however many there are. You are also provided with details of Legal Presumptions applicable to boundaries in the absence of contrary agreement (which would usually be expressed in the documents we provide to you).

The search also includes a Neighbourhood, Planning & Local Amenity Report, an environmental search, which provides details, amongst other things, of footpaths and rights of way within 250m of the property.

There is an option to purchase further searches that may affect any of the properties, such as Drainage & Water Searches, Environmental Searches, Flood Risk Assessment, Gas Utility Searches, Telecommunication Searches, British Waterways Searches, etc. Finally, there is an option to search the titles for additional properties, if required.
